The barn that has been empty for a few months is now filled with noise and hay! The horses are back at Camp Sacajawea! They are getting ready for the busy summer and can't wait for you to spend some time with them!

I know summer is a couple of months away but it is time for you to sign up for camp! Remember all the friends you made last year and all he laughs you had. Make sure you take a good look at the Camp book and decide what programs you want to attend!
There is still room in many of the sessions at Camp Sacajawea! Check out some of the exciting ones below!

April 2, 2009

I do believe the weather was playing an April Fool's Day joke on us as there was a dusting of snow on the ground yesterday morning at Camp Tanglefoot!

Spring is definitely in the air! The picture in this blog is of the wild turkey's that pass through camp! They were excited to get their picture taken, and made sure to spruce up their feathers :-).

If you haven't signed up for camp - THERE IS STILL TIME!

For 5th graders and above:
  • Sails & Canoes is sure to be a wet & wild time on Clear Lake this summer!! Camp Tanglefoot has not one, but TWO brand-new Hobie Wave catamaran sailboats that are waiting just for you! Bring a sense of adventure, a few swim suits and get ready for a great week!
For 4th-6th graders:
  • Muddy Buddies is the session to be in this summer at Camp Tanglefoot! This week, it's O.K. to get dirty! We'll go mudstomping, do a slip 'n' slide, and go swimming! Bring a friend and pack your old clothes!
Only 73 days until camp starts!
